Citélib is the use of a car for 1 h or more without the constraints. Simply register on the site, by phone or by the agency. Once you have a member card you have access to the car park, whether it be an urban, a sedan or a small utility, just book your citélib in advance for the time you want. Monthly subscriptions from 0 to 15 euros, except per minute and kilometre billing of € 2 per hour + 0,26 to € 0,48 per km as well as packages 24 hours and more. Very simple, without constraint and always a free car available at the time you want in the many access points available on an interactive map.
