Les Nuits du Sud opens on the kitchen of the Maghreb, but also plunges on the side of Persia. Fifteen tables, a brief decoration, a window that opens on Europe's square and a music broadcast for air between East and West. A family kitchen to enjoy a home-made couscous or tagine.
