Nestled in the historic center of Chambéry, on the small Pierre Dumas square between the castle of the Dukes of Savoy and the elephant fountain, this restaurant keeps the best of the French gastronomic tradition. You enter a former chapel of the Pénitents blancs, a 17th century residence. Gourmet home cooking made with quality products, such as this back of wild catfish cooked at low temperature with rocket juice and Chambéry vermouth, accompanied by vegetables of the moment. The wine list is in perfect harmony.

une experience singulière, hors de prix pour la quantité dans l'assiette,3 saint jacques pour 45€,le café à 7€, le verre de vin rosé à 17€, .............
la déco a fait son temps, sombre et vieillot, le maître d'hôtel est très gentil mais comme la déco.

Déco tres chaleureuse rustique bois Pierre avec des touches lumineuses de rouge Un maître d hôtel très agréable , passionné par son métier qui nous a partagé l’histoire du restau . Des mets extras cuisinés avec les herbes aromatiques et les fruits et légumes de leur jardin . Une très belle carte de vins . C était excellent on a passé un superbe moment . Un grand bravo pour votre cuisine et votre accueil on reviendra c est sur merci pour cette très belle soirée
