You enter a former chapel of the Pénitents blancs, a 17th century residence. Gourmet home cooking made with quality products, such as this back of wild catfish cooked at low temperature with rocket juice and Chambéry vermouth, accompanied by vegetables of the moment. Fabulous meal! This should be a Michelin star restaurant. Many courses that were unique and simply divine. Run by a mother and son since 1976. Just ask him what he recommends and go from there… you will be taken care of by an old school, professional and find ourself in culinary heaven.
