Located on the edge of the old Chambéry, L'Emulsion, the new restaurant Chambery welcomes you in a contemporary décor and warm mix of old stone and modern materials. This atmosphere here is a traditional cuisine by the chefs, Nicolas and his wife Soo In of Korean origin who bring creativity and brown of exoticism, fillet Will Make lake terrine, almost shitake veal fried right vegetables. With a menu guaranteed freshness regional products you can taste a meal for €30 (entrance main course desserts) and desserts (to be missed under any circumstances).
