Festivities of the beginning of summer which take place the first two weeks of July since 2003. Les Estivales, is a good dozen free outdoor concerts, proposed and organized by the department of Savoie for the pleasure of all. On the bill are artists of national and international renown. More than 20 000 spectators are expected for this summer event. Cour d'honneur of the castle, Sainte-Chapelle, known for having sheltered the Holy Shroud in the 15th century. Heritage and performing arts come together for a major musical festival.
