Located in the former offices of the tourist office Chambéry, Europe Direct answers all the questions about Europe free of charge. The structure is one of the 450 European centres, 60 French and 5 in Rhône Alpes. It forwards all the information that concerns the European Community. How to subsidise a project, combat climate change, respond to a civic question, a problem of disability, transport, agriculture and water… A popularization of Europe so that everyone feels concerned. Documentation for children and adults to take on site, but also mobilization of the team to find the answer you need. Europe Direct Alps is mobilizing and meeting children, teenagers and students in schools or goes to front of the public in manifesations to understand the free movement of currencies, goods and differences that bring together this community.
