ADIS
The Departmental Association for the Integration of the Deaf, the Adis works for the social integration of hearing impaired, notably through interpreters for accompaniment during a visit to the doctor, an administrative appointment, a professional interview, a museum, a course… With the MDPH, the Departmental House of Persons with disabilities, the deaf can receive a Compensatory Benefit of Disability (PCH)) which grants a monthly package of 350 € to pay for the hours of interpreting. Adis also offers sign language learning for those who are heard, teenagers or adults, those who lose hearing. The Internet phone and a webcam is accessible to the deaf via a translator.
