Saint-François-de-Sales cathedral in Chambéry, with its interior garden that hosts cultural events from time to time.
Erected by the Franciscans in the 15th century, this church was elevated to cathedral status in 1779, when the bishopric of Chambéry was created. Don't be fooled by the apparent simplicity of its flamboyant Gothic exterior, for the real treasures are revealed once you've passed through its doors. Inside, you'll be amazed by some 6,000 square meters of trompe-l'œil paintings and a listed organ.

Bel édifice, bien placé dans le centre-ville de Chambéry. Un peu sombre d'intérieur, mais bien conservé et mis en valeur. La façade est très belle, avec des tons gothiques.

Jolie cathédrale avec peinture trompe l'oeil et un magnifique orgue. Possibilité de l'entendre certains samedis.

Un bel édifice religieux avec la plus importante surface de trompe-l'œil d'Europe. Plus de 6000 mètres carré. Une exposition permanente à l'intérieur sur le Saint Suaire très intéressante. A voir également le trésor de la cathédrale ouvert uniquement les samedis après-midi.
