LA TABLE D'AURE
Close to Chamousset station, La Table d'Auré is worth a visit. The large room and the beautiful terrace open in summer have a simple but pleasant decoration. The welcome is smiling and warm, you feel welcome. As for the stoves, the proposal is a carefully prepared traditional cuisine, which is accompanied by Savoyard specialities based on local products. Lake fish, local milk-fed veal... are respected here and processed with pleasure. The menu is able to renew itself and follow the chef's inspiration throughout the seasons. A menu of the day that knows how to keep its promises and prices. We enjoyed the local menu and in particular the crispy nems with reblochon and homemade dried beef juice, followed by pork mignon stuffed with black olives and chorizo, tomato juice and sweet spices, before finishing with a soufflé of green chartreuse and fast ice cream. The wine list, with wines served by the glass, is well diversified. Here is a beautiful address, which deserves a little detour on the road to the holidays, better to book...
