The feet in the water, the small beach of Chindrieux offers a quiet corner. The restaurant is located on the beach opposite the moored boat. You are at the end of the lake, in a singular axis. Your eyes go to the Belledonne in the distance. Some boats are moored, a small beach with its Restaurant. An establishment with a glass roof open to fine days. The moon crosses the lake, a home cocktail gives it. These are the fish of the lake (real), a crisp of vierge sauce, a trout soufflé at the Chambérienne, the frying of Lake Bourget, a back of affectionately roasted hazelnuts with hazelnuts, a homemade beef tartar, a Tatin pie that the waiter, smiling and welcoming, announces as wonderful, all sprinkled with a pleasant Saint Joseph. Last advice, go in the evening for a more romantic dinner, far from tourists.
