It's a new life that started for this hostel, which now needs to be written. What does not change is the natural décor and striking view of the Chartreuse landscape from the sunny terrace at 180 °. Same philosophy for Florence (at the reception and service) and Emmanuel (chef chef): respect for the environment and respect for good local products with a beautiful open mind. Result, a season map and 100% home meals with organic products for most and plates that make us travel. This autumn: Pink soup of my Matka, Shrimp Croquettes like in Ostend, Carbonnade beer Carbonnade, Potjevleesch and apples-nine fries, to finish with cheese of Chartreuse and Pancpes Suzette orange and Mandarin.
