Ferme de la Castanhau is a pig farm located in Leucamp, in the Cantal region of France. The pigs are born and raised on straw on the farm, guaranteeing high quality meat. The farm offers a wide range of farm products, including sausages, dry sausages, country ham, preserves (pâtés, fritons, rillettes) and fresh meat. Ready-made dishes such as stuffed cabbage, pounti and pork stew with chestnuts are also available. In addition to sales at the farm, Ferme de la Castanhau products are also available online via Drive Fermier Cantal 15 in Aurillac, Murat and Prunet. Tours of the farm are also available.
