One of the few typical farms in Val d'Arly, whose main building was built in 1896, large kitchen with its starfu (wooden fireplace) and its peille with wooden walls opening on the stable, in the idea of respecting all this heritage; the place alone deserves a detour. But when we know that it is a gourmet gourmet with the good smells of simmered dishes by two grandmothers who spend their time in the furnaces: Albertville's native with bourgeois cuisine, the other from Petit Bornand with peasant cuisine! No wonder the love of good home products and authentic recipes can be found on the Bougnettes plates: garden vegetables, farm poultry, bread and cakes cooked in wood fire… The walk to reach this point is to do, the landscapes are magnificent.
