LA FERME DU BOS
Ferme du Bos, located in Leynhac in the Cantalien Châtaigneraie, is a producer of farmhouse cheeses. They offer Lou Carretou, a drained cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Made with milk from the farm's cows, it is matured on site in their cellars. This cheese is rich in natural Omega 3 thanks to the Bleu Blanc Coeur label. With its distinctive but not overpowering taste, Lou Carretou is a small, slightly creamy square with an orange rind that's sure to find a place on your cheese platter. La Ferme du Bos also offers a Drive Fermier service in the Cantal region. There are three pick-up points: in Aurillac, Murat and Prunet.
