LA FERME DU BOS
Ferme du Bos, located in Leynhac in the Cantalien Châtaigneraie, is a producer of farmhouse cheeses. In particular, they offer Lou Carretou, a drained cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Made with milk from the farm's cows and matured on site in their cellars, this cheese is rich in natural Omega 3 thanks to the Bleu Blanc Coeur label. Lou Carretou has a distinctive but not overpowering taste, and comes in the form of a small, slightly creamy square with an orange rind. It's an ideal accompaniment to cheese platters. La Ferme du Bos also offers a Drive Fermier service in the Cantal region.
