un personnel compétent c'est bien
des gens souriants et sympa c'est mieux
avec en plus un mot agréable sur mon chien qui peut entrer dans la pharmacie (eh oui)
j'arrive même à acheter des produits que j'achetais avant en grande surface pour plus de discrétion (eh je suis timide!) le tarif étant hyper correct aussi
