A lot of petite surprise. All the fish based dishes (norwegian and fera fish with herb granita) were really good.
But Our favorite dishes were the white asparagus with parma ham, butternut soup with mustard ice cream, and dessert which was a pairing of cauliflower and coconut milk - what a clever and amazingly executed dish.
