Follow the apples to find this very informative museum, which is located on the heights of Bourg Saint-Maurice in the village of La. We have a former fruit mill and th-century press. At the conservatory, we discover old varieties of apples that change a little bit of the yellow goldens… A museum that recalls that once the Tarentaise exported many varieties of apples to Algeria. Each autumn, next to the museum, a press with a stone grinder dating back to 1869 resumes from the service and produces cider.
