Priory founded in 1030 with a beautiful cloister combining Romanesque and Gothic styles and a church built over an crypt.
Built around 1030 for the monks of Cluny, the Priory is distinguished by its strikingly beautiful Gothic vaulted cloister. Inside, you'll find the refectory, the kitchen with its monumental fireplace, and a library housing remarkable works of medieval art that flourished in our region. The Priory's history is closely linked to the House of Savoy, in particular to its proximity to the castle of Thomas II.
