Gastronomic restaurant preparing snails and meats from the farm with homemade desserts.
The farm was once the home of Grandma Victorine. This beautiful house has been transformed into a restaurant, but everything is done to recall this history and the past of the place. Chef Denis Vinet is in charge of the kitchen. He has made this place a gastronomic place between tradition and culinary creativity in the rhythm of the seasons: escargots des Orchis en persillade, stewed cabbage with chestnuts, sweetbreads and alpine juice with genepi or game in autumn, without forgetting the homemade desserts. The wine list is up to scratch.

Pas fan du cocktail maison (kir liqueur de noisette) mais sinon les plats sont un délice. Beaux, bonnes quantités pour pouvoir manger entrée-plat-dessert, avec des produits locaux : petites pommes acidulées avec le feuilleté au reblochon (si je me souviens bien du fromage), herbes mystérieuses, desserte de fromages de Savoie... Belle surprise
