A top-quality restaurant perfectly situated on the shores of Lake Aiguebelette, offering memorable panoramic views and impeccable service. The cuisine offers a semi-gastronomic experience - a real success! The chef's star dishes include a delicious nori-marinated salmon tartare served with trout egg and wasabi cream as a starter, followed by Arctic char with turnips, Brussels sprouts, crunchy radish and yoghurt sauce as a main course. A pure delight for the taste buds!

Nice location for the restaurant, but it’s a bit pretentious. The serving of food was great but the combination of the ingredients sometimes tasteless and not exquisite. Generally, I enjoyed the meal but I think for the price the ingredients could be mixed in a more thoughtful and elegant way.
