In Marcolès, Michelin-starred chef Renaud Darmanin cooks up a delicious meal using local produce.
Renaud Darmanin's cuisine is seductive and delicious. It's not for nothing that he's had a Michelin star since 2018. The chef uses local produce: meat, mushrooms, chestnuts... Recreating regional dishes is Renaud Darmanin's trademark, allowing tastes and flavors to express themselves in a unique seven-course menu, with a vegetarian option. The bistronomic room, l'Oxalis, opened in 2023. The chef has already been awarded a Michelin Bib for this proposal, which allows diners to sample his cuisine at more affordable prices.
