Lieu extraordinaire de calme et de saveurs. Le chef Darmanin sublime des produits du terroir et valorise son équipe comme s'il s'agissait d'un seul homme. Bravo à vous chef !

Cours séjour à l’auberge très très bien.
Le village de Marcolès est accueillant et charmant.
Restaurant gastronomique, dont l’étoile est bien méritée, a en son sein une équipe dévouée et professionnelle qui prend son métier très à cœur et le transforme en art.

We visited for lunch a couple of days ago. A great experience. The food is excellent and very creative. A true feast for the pallette. Impressive wine list supported by the fine Sommelier. Chef and waiters very professional yet friendly. Overall highly recommended and a sure stop next time we're in the area.
