Dans le très joli village de Marcoles, cette auberge abrite un restaurant gastronomique étoilé et un bistronomique de grande qualité. Tout y est bon, joliment présenté, en provenance du jardin ou de pas bien loin.

Restaurant avec une étoile Michelin. Plats en eux-mêmes bien, mais en termes de quantités très minimalistes. Bon sommelier !! Vins spéciaux (arrangement des vins).

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée..au petit soin. Une ambiance décontractée .agréable. un personnel agréable. Une gentille attention sur l assiette du dessert pour l anniversaire ???? de mon mari .la cuisine edt excente avec des associations de goûts incroyable. merci pour cette belle soirée

Un service tres sympathique et attentionné, avec une mention particulière pour le sommelier qui m’a bien conseillé, et une carte avec des vins locaux !
Pour ma part, ce restaurant par sa cuisine et la qualité du service mérite une 2 eme étoiles .
