The Grand Bec does not reach 3 398 metres as the peak of the same name, but reaches good altitude in our esteem. Que des produits frais, et du fait maison !!!
C'est à la fois de la bonne cuisine française mais revue avec une créativité géniale !!!
La ballotine de foie gras et son pain d'épices maison, un vrai régal. Le filet d'omble chevalier en croute d'ail des ours que dire sinon : encore !!!!
