ÉGLISE SAINT ALBAN D'HURTIÈRES

The church of Saint-Alban-d'Hurtières is located in the Maurienne valley. It is 18th century and Baroque in style. On the outside, the sobriety contrasts with the decoration and ornamental richness found inside. This remarkable religious building is a natural part of the Facim Foundation's Baroque Paths®. Particular attention should be paid to the altarpiece from the Saint-Léger church in Chambéry, dedicated to the martyrdom of Saint Alban, listed in the Inventory of Historic Monuments, and to the altar of the Rosary, listed in the departmental repertoire.
