The Troll Gourmand invites us to its well exposed terrace opening onto a magical mountain setting to enjoy the joy of being in the Maurienne. If it is too cold, if it is snowing or if the night has already fallen, everyone finds refuge in a warm room with the Troll's chef, Denis (a passionate restaurant owner), and the charming Brigitte to serve us with a smile. Beautiful traditional cuisine made from Savoyard local products, fresh and quality products, such as the butcher's meat for a gallows to reserve, the cheeses of the Dairy Cooperative, real vegetables peeled on site, the bread of the baker in the resort... A pleasant cuisine to share in a friendly atmosphere. Some suggestions to whet your appetite with a duck breast and sauces of your choice, including a blueberry or salted butter caramel topped with... Not to mention the homemade burger, available in several versions and rightly renowned in the resort. Regional specialities with a famous Fondue au beaufort et cèpes, Savoyard sausages and homemade desserts: chocolate mousse, floating islands, crème brûlée, tiramisu or a pineapple crumble with red fruit coulis.
