Restaurant serving typical Canal dishes such as truffade, veal medallion with chanterelle mushrooms and raspberry crème brûlée.
The Mar y Sol restaurant took over from La Charrette in July 2023, and it's a great success. Marysol, the Colombian-born manager, offers typical Cantal dishes such as truffade and veal medallion with chanterelle mushrooms, with a hint of the exotic and colorful. For dessert, we recommend the raspberry crème brûlée. The front of the restaurant, with its pop art decor, is brightly lit, while the back is subdued. Enjoy lunch to the sound of Latin music, always in a good mood. Theme evenings.
