The Dairy Cooperative has been anchored in the valley since 1965. Its mission is to promote local agricultural know-how in order to perpetuate it. The Vallée des Arves Cooperative Cheese Factory makes and sells Beaufort PDO cheese (gold medal winner two years running). On the stalls, other regional cheeses, farm yoghurts, butter, Savoy wines... Free visit to watch the cheese being made or to discover the atmosphere of the maturing cellars. On-line purchase, vending machine 24 hours a day.

High season: open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6:30pm. Out of season in summer and winter, ask for information.
