The Restaurant l'Escale Blanche welcomes you in a warm atmosphere in the heart of Tignes 2100, at the foot of the slopes and on its panoramic terrace overlooking the snow front. The menu features a range of mountain specialities, as well as homemade foie gras, salads and tiramisu prepared by the chef. For meat lovers, the menu includes Argentine entrecote and Iberian pluma, while fish lovers will be delighted with a back of cod cooked over an open fire. An address not to be missed!

Nous sommes venu un peu plus tôt que prévu pour notre réservation du soir. Mais les serveurs nous ont très bien accueilli en nous mettant à une table couverte en terrasse avec un feu.
En parlant du service, rien à redire, des serveurs a l’écoute, bienveillant et agréable !
Concernant le lieu, c’est un endroit magnifique en face des pistes.
La cuisine est très bonne, généreuse, qui vaut largement son prix.
C’est une très bonne adresse. Si jamais je reviens dans le coin j’y retournerai à coup sûr !
