Tignes is a well-located ski resort. With 300 km of pistes and 76 lifts, it's a veritable paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. Skiers of all levels will find what they're looking for here, with pistes suitable for beginners as well as off-piste itineraries for the more experienced. Highlights of the resort include the Grande Motte and Pissaillas glaciers, snowparks, the 1200 m-high black run of La Sache, the Aiguille Percée arch and the Col de l'Iseran. Tignes also offers fun and freestyle areas, such as the snowpark, Gliss'Park and BoarderCross. For those who prefer to get off the beaten track, "naturide" black runs are also available. Lifts and progression areas are accessible from various snow fronts, including Tignes 2100, Tignes 1800 and Les Brévières 1550.
