MUSEUM OF ARTS AND TRADITIONS OF THE VAL-D'ARLY
An opportunity to discover traces of the past, lifestyles and popular traditions through engravings in Ugine.
Nestled in the Crest-Cherel fortified house, the museum was built between the 13th and 16th centuries. It plunges you into the daily lives of the people of Ugine and Val-d'Arly, revealing their rural and mountain lifestyles from the late 19th to early 20th centuries. Explore over 1,500 period objects, carefully arranged in 12 themed rooms. The experience is self-paced and interactive, thanks to recently installed videos and touch screens.
