Attached to a 3 star hotel therefore need to book because the cleints that have half-board come here in the evening.
Staff ultra-sympatic and especially very efficient, they run from everywhere! the dishes are setup tastefully flowers, raspberries, sprigs chive...).
the menu is very traditional, farmhouse regional savoy dishes are enhanced by original " exotiques" (eg.: jaques nuts St to coconut milk, spare ribs with caramelised honey, etc...)
Homemade dessert: I recommend the fondant salted butter caramel! île flottante enormous etc.
absinthe offered an after-dinner one.
Well much better than the restaurant " the mill poivre" who air, but that does not at all the same in truth, I insist!
