Personnel sympa, mais aucune documentation utile, le moindre plan est payant
Une grande brochure qui doit couter très cher avec des photos, c'est beau, mais cela n'a aucune utilité.
Quand on demande l'état des chemins de rando, on n'est pas assez renseigné, car le personnel n'a aucune information à fournir.
On attend des informations utiles de la part de l'office de tourisme

lors de notre semaine au ski en mars 2016, nous avons trouvé toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Surtout pour ceux d'entre nous qui sont non skieur, ils ont pu faire de très chouettes randonnées grâce à leur conseils.

Enfin le cachet de la station village que nous fréquentons depuis plus de trente ans est en passe de perdre son cachet avec des constructions telles que le nouvel hôtel ( ex hôtel restaurant de la Setaz)
