The new bistronomic restaurant in Valmeinier 1800 is both a wine bar and a restaurant. Double choice then. On the one hand, aperitif platters with charcuterie and local produce to nibble on in complete conviviality, and on the other, a menu and dishes to savour, prepared by Géraldine, the chef, who trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse. With her partner Michel, she offers an inventive cuisine based on regional produce, with a focus on quality, while surprising the taste buds of visitors. Beautifully presented plates, a friendly welcome, warm decor and excellent value for money: what more could you ask for? All you have to do is enjoy the moment.
