Une parenthèse au cœur de la Tarentaise. La Famille Meilleur nous accueille comme un retour à la maison. Un service convivial, discret et raffiné. Des goûts de notre belle Savoie avec une envie de revenez y. Ce 10juin restera un souvenir de pur bonheur. A bon entendeur....

Theirs is an exceptional partnership, a combination of yin and yang that gives expression to the character of the mountain terroir and their own culinary passion. On the yin side, scrupulous attention to produce, such as the herbs and berries that René picks every day. On the yang side, Maxime's energy and inspiration. The result is a cuisine that is "intelligent but intelligible". This is truly a family affair, as mother, daughter, daughter-in-law and son-in-law run the whole operation. Ce qui m'a dérangé et là c'est mon avis personnel nous n'avions pas les mêmes plats par rapport aux autres tables alors que c'était les mêmes menus.
Côté plats c'était bon sans grande originalité j'ai beaucoup apprécié la pièce de Bœuf, les vins que nous avons eu dans l'accord mets et vins étaient excellents.
Nous avons passé un bon moment dans un cadre magnifique.
Nous aurions dû prendre le menu découverte 8 plats mais là c'est 420 euros c'est vraiment très cher.
Si l'établissement veux remplir sa salle il faudra qu'il revoit sa politique tarifaire
