This bakery was founded in 1958 by Richard Bernard, a winner of the Tour Cycliste de Guadeloupe, a true local personality when you consider the popularity of this sporting event, which takes place every August. Mr. Bernard had succeeded in opening several bakeries on the island, but only the one in Anse-Bertrand remains, run by his nephew, who brings a touch of modernity to the place. The establishment has a terrace and a catering section: bokits, snacks, fries, burgers, wings, in addition to the classic breads, pastries, tarts and coconut flans.

Excellente boulangerie
Très belle boulangerie bien située en face de la mer dans le bourg de la commune d'Anse-bertrand. Les pâtisseries y sont très bonnes.
