All the delicacies you'll find in this stall are prepared using local produce by Nicaise, a cheerful and talented pastry chef who took over the business from her parents in 2012. A great way to discover local flavors, spices, fruits and vegetables. You won't taste better coconut pulp ice cream than hers. "Ice cream, not sorbet. Nicaise makes a point of using this appellation, since traditional coconut sorbet actually contains lactose. Her old-fashioned sweets and cakes are low in sugar.
