LA SPATULE CRÉOLE
Small typical Creole restaurant offering traditional local dishes.
This small, typically Creole restaurant has a surprisingly pleasant setting in the heart of Basse-Terre. The small room, next to the large counter, is colorful and the patio is very pleasant. The dishes change daily: they are indicated on the large slate at the entrance. The prices are really affordable and the plates are copious... On the menu, a wide choice of traditional local dishes, including pork roussi, dombrés de ouassous, court-bouillon, fricassée de chatrou, blaffs, bébélés... Accompanied by peyi vegetable gratins or mixed rice.
