A lovely address not far from the prefecture, run by Gwladys and Camille, certified master-restaurateur in December 2023. Their fusion cuisine blends local flavors with products from the archipelago and beyond. The dishes are simple but fine, and the menu changes weekly. Here are just a few examples of what you can expect: balaous confit in tempura with aïoli, meat or fish of the day with market vegetables and creamy polenta, crème brûlée with local vanilla... The small terrace is pleasant, and the welcome very warm.
