This traditional kassaverie is located under a large carbet. The kassav, these small pancakes made from manioc flour, can be salty and sweet. They are cooked on a metal disc called a platinum. They are prepared in front of you, directly on the turntables, on demand and, as a bonus, the manufacturing process is explained to you.
