MANIOCRIE DE GERMAINE
Restaurant proposing dishes elaborated with products made with manioc.
Germaine and her family invite you to discover cassava in all its forms. Cassaves or kassav (sweet or savoury) are prepared before your very eyes on 200-year-old turntables, as are manioc-based mignardises (cream puffs, chocolate hazelnut cake, bourdalou tart, country butter/apricot cake, coconut cake). You can enjoy them in the garden, which provides the vegetables and fruit used to make home-made jam, among other things. If Germaine has time, she'll be happy to show you around her garden.
