This new "table d'hôtes" in the heart of the Tainos Cottages complex offers Franco-Island fusion cuisine. Chef Iris draws inspiration from her Madagascan, Lebanese and Guadeloupean origins to concoct fine, gourmet dishes using fresh, local produce (fish en croûte with local flowers and zèb à fè, or poached in citrus butter...). The dishes are elegantly presented and served on the large, old teak terrace in a Balinese ambiance. "Sunset time" at weekends with cocktails and tapas, occasional brunches on reservation.
