Located in the grounds of the Père Labat distillery, this restaurant is a culinary highlight. The cuisine here is both refined and creative, using only the freshest local produce, such as tuna Rossini, chatrou with chorizo, fish tartare, local vegetables in all their forms, chocolate and chilli fondant... The setting is authentic, with carbets and a kitchen fitted out in a container, and the team is friendly. Festive musical evenings are organized from time to time at weekends.

En 2 semaines dans les Antilles, après avoir goûté à 4 poulets colombo à différents endroits, c’est ici que l’on a mangé le meilleur. On était 4 à prendre ce plat et tous du même avis.
