Located in the heart of Grand-Bourg, in a two-storey building, this restaurant breathes new life into the town center. Le Bison offers Creole dishes (colombo, dombrés, fricassée de ouassous, ragoût de boeuf...), as well as pasta boxes and a salad bar. After-work "chill & tapas" evenings are organized every Thursday. Live broadcasts of major matches are also available. The bar offers a selection of champagnes, rums and cocktails. The atmosphere at Le Bison is almost always lively!
