A very good value for money for this establishment which proposes a predominantly vegetarian cuisine that relies on local fruits and vegetables while highlighting them. On the menu: a salad bar and a very varied buffet with steamed vegetables, gratins of local vegetables (malanga, giraumon, pigeon peas...), green vegetables, various raw vegetables, quinoa salads, soybean roasts... The fresh fruit and vegetable juices offered are excellent. A grocery corner offers organic products. Dishes on the spot or to take away.
