At lunchtime, Chez Man'Tine is a welcome refreshing stopover after a visit to the Botanical Gardens, under the hot Désirade sun. Aline offers two versions of XXL salads, sea or land, with three side dishes. For Garden visitors only. In the evening, this table d'hôtes offers a more gastronomic menu (please reserve before noon): sea bream carpaccio, lobster gratin, half-cooked tuna with black sesame... All in a natural setting. On-site accommodation is available in one of three bungalows (sleeps 2).
