This new restaurant, located on the premises of the Maison Créole hotel, is run by Lionel Navis, elected Antilles-Guyane 2023 chef and caterer. His bistronomic cuisine is based exclusively on fresh produce, using as many local ingredients as possible. On the menu: fish, meat and vegetarian dishes (citrus-crusted Caribbean bass, puffed pork belly, giraumon risotto...). All in an attractive wood-furnished setting. The terrace is particularly pleasant, offering an intimate atmosphere with its hanging garlands.
