CERCLE SPORTIF DE BAS DU FORT

Cercle Sportif Bas du Fort is a sailing club located in Pointe-à-Pitre. It offers sailing courses during the school vacations, private lessons and equipment rental. The club has a vast play area in the Petit Cul de Sac Marin, enabling sailing to be practiced all year round on various types of craft, including dinghies, windsurfers, catamarans and houseboats. The CSBF also organizes regattas and participates in sporting events in Guadeloupe. It also offers training courses to prepare for the sailing monitorat and is an itinerant sailing school that travels throughout Guadeloupe and its dependencies. The club also caters for school sailing and offers multi-activity courses to introduce youngsters to sailing and the preservation of the marine environment.
